I’m a huge dessert lover- it’s the one type of food I just can’t let go of! I thought I’d never break my sugar addiction until I started dabbling with making my own healthy desserts. Now, I’m not even tempted to order a slice of cheesecake after dinner because I know I have my own sugar-free, all natural version at home!

This recipe has the perfect combination of strawberries and bananas, with a sweet cinnamon crust that makes you want to lick the plate. The ice-cream like consistency is perfect with the crunchy bottom layer.

Ingredients
  • 3wholebananas
  • 1wholepacket of frozen strawberries
  • 2cupalmonds
  • 3cupdates
  • 1tspcinnamon
  • Cooking Steps
  • Step 1Pit the dates and throw in a food processor until mushy.
  • Step 2Add the almonds and cinnamon to the blender and mix
  • Step 3Pat down the mix on the bottom of a parchment paper-lined container
  • Step 4Blend the bananas and strawberries
  • Step 5Pour the mixture over the crust
  • Step 6Freeze for half an hour and enjoy!

Do you have to store it in the freezer or in the refridgerator? (When you would like to eat the cake the next day?)

It comes out frozen since the bananas are frozen so you could eat some of it immediately (or all of it like I did!) then store the rest in the freezer and let it thaw a little so its easier to scoop! A must-try!
