What you eat now is what you’ll be wearing next month
It’s time to clean up that diet and end your weight loss plateau so you feel more confident on the beach this summer. I will be taking 5 new clients for the Summer Break-Through Body Challenge
As a Raw Nutritionist, I will be your health coach offering you unlimited support, 24/7. You’ll let me know what your currently eating, what your cravings are, your activity level and most importantly what your goals are. We will work together to create an ever-changing meal plan that YOU will always follow! This isn’t about being on a diet- this is creating a new healthy eating lifestyle!
- A 7 day meal plan that will constantly be modified depending on what stage you are in and your results. As it becomes more natural to you, you can take control of what you eat and we’ll assess your bodies reaction to different ingredients. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to healthy eating, which is why diet books don’t work. We will tailor your meals exactly to what your body is needing and your blood type. The beginning will include a cleansing period and we will eliminate certain foods to test for intolerances. We will be going through different phases where we omit and include certain foods like gluten, dairy and try different diet lifestyles to see which one works best with your body (Paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free).
- Constant 24-7 support. I know we don’t live in a perfect world and you won’t have your green smoothies with you everywhere you go. So I’ll be here to make it real for you. You can text me when your at Starbucks and have no idea what drink is okay to order, or snap a photo of your menu and I can help pick the best items for you. I’ll even be here after you accidently have a slice (or entire) pizza at midnight and need some cleansing recommendations to make up for it. No judgement here! I want this to work for YOU!
- Grocery shopping lists. We all know strolling the aisles of Whole Foods can sometimes feel like entering a foreign country. Wait should I buy Chia or Flaxseeds? Are we supposed to soak them? What’s the deal with Kombucha? Which fruits are okay to eat? Should I be drinking coconut water? Which supplements should I be taking? These are all questions I’m dying to answer for you. (So you won’t awkwardly need to ask the guy stacking shelves.)
- TONS of super easy recipes. My specialty is making healthy version of your favorite foods like pizza, ice cream, brownies etc with no sugar/dairy/carbs, especially with raw foods. I develop recipes myself so they aren’t the same ones you’ll find online! Hellooo chocolate pudding, raw cheesecakes, banana “cream pies”, no-carb pizza.. Wait I actually like this food- I thought I was supposed to be losing weight!? The best thing is you will.
- Mindful eating approaches. I believe eating is more than just putting food into your mouth but an entire experience of preparing, tasting and enjoying the foods. By thinking about your meals, you will actually consume less. More on this Buddhist stuff later
I used to be a junk food queen so I feel ya when you’re just needing some dessert. That’s why I am available 24-7 to answer whatever questions you may need or just to remind you to stay on track. sometimes it takes being responsible to someone else to clean up your diet. Maybe no one else saw you eat those fries at work but you’re not gonna feel as good about it knowing you’ll have to report to me!
I will hold you accountable to what you eat until you stop craving those foods. It worked for me and it will work for you. (Literally unhealthy food disgusts me at this point- I wouldn’t have a cheat meal if I wanted one… And I used to finish a box of Oreos at a time.)
This will be a 2 month minimum program because your body requires a few months to really make a change. As a Raw Nutritionist, I believe in healing and cleansing through natural foods only. I don’t believe in high-protein diets that make your body sick with ketosis, nor do I believe in limiting the amount you eat (I love food so wouldn’t want to limit it!) I believe it’s the quality of the foods you eat that make the difference, more then the quantity. I’ll teach you delicious salad recipes that you won’t able to get enough of. And remember- not all calories are created equally. We will not be counting calories at all on this challenge (who even likes math? It’s your body, not a calculator!)
Complete Body Transformation Package:
Do you need complete support, someone to constantly be reminding you to eat right? Then this package is for you. In the Complete Body Transformation Package, I will be right there with you (on text) constantly giving you meal suggestions, whether you are at Starbucks or starving after a night out. You’ll be given grocery shopping lists, weekly meal plans, refrigerator and cabinet planning, Blood Type, Ayurvedic Dosha and scientific craving analysis for personalized weight loss, easy recipes plus Skype cooking lessons to make sure you got the hang of it and weekly phone calls to assess your progress. This is the most inclusive package for guaranteed weight loss. I will hold you accountable to everything you eat, I will be analyzing your food diary and we will be taking measurements of your body to notice what makes you lose the most weight! I can also come with you to Whole Foods if you are in the Boston area and teach personal cooking classes. I will also develop recipes exactly for your taste, body type and weight loss purposes! Pick this package if you want to make sure you are transformed by this summer and need someone else there to push you at every step!
My nutritional consultations are $75 an hour yet this package will be given for the price of one consultation a week, though you will receive unlimited support and literally dozens of hours of consultations! Just the one phone call a week normally costs $75 but I will throw in the grocery shopping, cooking lessons (normally $50), personalized analysis and meal plans for free! Beach Ready Transformation Package
This package is perfect for those who want the meal plans, grocery shopping lists and personalized Blood Type and Dosha analysis but don’t require as much support. I will still be available 24/7 via email or text, but will not include Skype cooking lessons, personalized recipes and the same level of communication. There is no guarantee for weight loss- it is up to you! However, the personalized support will still be there and if you stick to the diet, you will lose weight!
This package will be the cost of one consultation of $75 every two weeks.
Get Me Bodied Basic Package
This package is for those who want the support of a nutritionist but may be a little strapped for cash. Don’t worry I got you! I will still offer my custom meal plans and grocery shopping lists, along with healthy recipes, personalized Blood Type and Dosha Analysis for the price of one consultation a month. This package will not include weekly body analysis, texting/phone calls/ Skype or cooking lessons.
I know eating healthy can be expensive and many of you don’t have the disposible income for a nutritionist, which is why I am really flexible with my rates. Email me your situation and we can work something out. I want to help you, I like making meal plans, I love inspiring people. I have fun doing this which is why I want to make it work.
And for those of you thinking the prices are steep for a nutritionist, ask this: Is your body worth it? Would you rather spend $75 on a new dress wishing it will fit you better by the summer, or spend it on a nutritionist to make sure you will look better by the summer?
I don’t believe in crash dieting or any unsustainable methods. This will once and for all be a lifestyle change. I will work with you finding healthy foods you like and will want to keep eating. This is an investment on yourself and your health. Once you’ve surpassed your plateau and have the body of your dreams, you will be wondering why you didn’t start sooner.
Enough wishful thinking- let’s get real! Your goal weight isn’t some far-away ambition you dream about reaching but have no idea how to get there. If you don’t have the body you want, then you are doing something to prevent yourself from having it.
